According to the formal release, "A strange encounter pulls heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original adventure, where rumors of forbidden ceremonies and fearsome transformations resonate through the shadows." The plot presents a "unusually attired woman named Ada" who charges the duo with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a key location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a clandestine cult.
The adventure concentrates on "peculiar trials and a terrifying adversary" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
